Corinne Brandt is Manager of Policy and Information Programs. Corinne first joined EPLC in March 2008 as a policy analyst.
For over 15 years, she worked as a legislative assistant and then as a research analyst for the House Democratic Committee on Education. In her capacity as research analyst, Corinne drafted, researched and analyzed legislation and regulations pertaining to the K-12 education system. She served as legislative liaison to various statewide councils and work groups on a broad range of education issues. As intern advisor for The Harrisburg Internship Semester of the State System of Higher Education (1989-2000), she mentored college students assigned to the Education Committee. In addition to her professional duties, Corinne also volunteered to serve on her school district’s Early Childhood Education Taskforce and chaired the PTO’s Curriculum Lay and Strategic Planning Committee.
Corinne graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and holds a teaching certificate.
