The Pennsylvania Education Policy Fellowship Program (EPFP) is a professional development program for individuals whose work record reflects strong leadership abilities and a concern for issues important to children and education. The program is available in Pennsylvania through The Education Policy and Leadership Center. The nationally recognized EPFP was established more than 40 years ago by the Institute for Educational Leadership (IEL) in Washington, DC. IEL continues to support the program in the District of Columbia and through its network of state affiliates.
