Acceptance Remarks By Robert E. Feir – 2011 EPLC Edward Donley Education Policy Leadership Award
On October 27, 2011, EPLC awarded Robert E. Feir its 2011 Education Policy Leadership Award. Along with the board and staff of EPLC, colleagues and friends of Dr. Feir met to recognize and honor him for his three decades of education policy leadership in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
