Workshop Faculty
PART I will be presented by a staff member of the Pennsylvania School Boards Association (PSBA). The mission of PSBA is to promote excellence in school board governance through leadership, service, and advocacy for public education.
PART II and PART III will be presented by Ron Cowell, President of The Education Policy and Leadership Center (EPLC). EPLC is an independent, non-partisan, not-for profit organization based in Harrisburg that focuses on education policy, leadership, and public advocacy.
