State Sen. Jeffrey Piccola Remains Hopeful for Significant Education Reform in Pennsylvania

As his 36-year career in the General Assembly winds down, state Sen. Jeffrey Piccola remains hopeful for significant education reform in Pennsylvania.

Piccola is not seeking re-election this faloval of some type of school voucher plan, like the one he aggressively l. The Dauphin County Republican still harbors hope of seeing the apprpushed last year.

Before the summer recess, he wants to see lawmakers expand the Educational Improvement Tax Credit, which offers businesses tax breaks for donating to school programs.
