witf Smart Talk: Arts and Education Symposium

On Monday, October 28 radio Smart Talk host Cary Burkett explored topics that will be discussed at the upcoming Arts and Education Symposium.  Cary was joined by organizers and participants of the Symposium: Ron Cowell, president of EPLC; David Deitz, consultant to the Department of Education; Mary Elizabeth Meier, president of the PA Art Education Association; and Ian David Moss, research director for Fractured Atlas and this year’s keynote speaker.
