EPLC welcomes the 40 education professionals participating in its 2015-2016 Pennsylvania Education Policy Fellowship Program

On September 17-18, EPLC welcomed the 40 education professionals who comprise the 2015-2016 Pennsylvania Education Policy Fellowship Program. Laying the groundwork for its 10-month professional development program, the two-day Opening Retreat included presentations from Pennsylvania elections commentator, public affairs professor, and state pollster Dr. G. Terry Madonna on Politics, Elections, and Pennsylvania Public Policy; from Dr. Bob Feir on Changes in Society, Demography and Education; from Karen Molchanow, Director of the State Board of Education; from Dr. Ed Fuller, Penn State Professor on the Role of Research in Education Policy; and from a panel of legislative and communications experts on The Policy Players and the Process.
