EPLC President Ron Cowell Provides Charter School Testimony to State Auditor General
On March 7, 2014, EPLC President Ron Cowell provided testimony to Pennsylvania Auditor General Eugene DePasquale. The topic was Charter Schools in Pennsylvania. This testimony was presented to the Auditor General and state legislators in Fairless Hills, at one of five public hearings on charter schools and charter school funding held across the state in February and March.
